How do you know if Ways 2 Work Coaching is right for you?

ADHD COACHING PROCESS

Step 1: Schedule a Complimentary Consultation

In this session, we will briefly discuss your ADHD experience, its impact on you and your family, and how coaching will help. This is your opportunity to ask questions and determine if I am the right fit for you.

Step 2: Schedule a Strategy & Planning Session

This session is an essential next step after the initial consultation. Upon booking, you will receive prework material to complete prior to the session. 

During this session, we will:

  • dig into the obstacles holding you back and identify your specific ADHD challenges 
  • analyze the strategies that have not worked so we can begin creating new ones 
  • create a blueprint outlining where you are currently vs. where you want to be; aka “the gap”
  • begin exploring ways to remove obstacles and create new awareness, strategies and systems that will help to “close the gap” for you

This session sets the foundation for all subsequent coaching sessions.

Step 3: Select a Coaching Package

The coaching packages represent weekly 45-minute sessions ranging from 1 to 4 months (4 to 16 weeks). A package will be recommended based on the outcome of the strategy and planning session, your level of self-awareness, the type of changes you want to make, and the timeframe you wish to achieve them.


 Once the coaching package selection is confirmed and booked, you will receive a coaching agreement to sign electronically.

The updated pricing reflects a more realistic range of coaching options based on client needs and patterns. Most clients typically complete their coaching journey within 16 weeks, so the new structure offers better-aligned packages, including a new 8-week option for those seeking mid-range support. Additionally, the changes ensure our services remain high-quality and aligned with the expertise of an Advanced Certified ADHD Life Coach with a PCC credential.


If you were an existing client prior to June 1, 2025, don’t worry—your current package and pricing are safe! You’ll continue with your current rate until the end of your package or for 30 days after the new pricing takes effect, whichever comes first. After that, you’ll have the option to transition to one of the updated packages.


Transitioning is simple! Once your current package ends, you can select one of the new packages that best fits your needs. You’ll find the updated options on our website starting June 1, 2025. If you’d like guidance on choosing the right package, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help! 


  1. Bronze Package (4 weeks): $600 ($150/session) - 1 payment
  2. Silver Package (8 weeks): $1,120 ($140/session) - 2 pmts. of $560 each
  3. Gold Package (12 weeks): $1,560 ($130/session) - 3 pmts. of $520 each
  4. Platinum Package (16 weeks): $1,920 ($120/session) - 4 pmts. of $480 each

  • The Silver package offers a balanced option for those looking for more focused support over a mid-range timeframe.
  • The Gold and Platinum packages are designed for clients ready to dive deeper into long-term coaching for lasting transformation.


With longer packages, you’ll benefit from lower per-session costs, making it a more affordable way to achieve your goals while receiving consistent, personalized support.

  • Virtual Body Doubling: Schedule focused virtual co-working sessions to help you stay on track and boost productivity—perfect for tackling tasks that feel overwhelming on your own.
  • 7-Day/Week Text Support: Reach out via text any day of the week for encouragement, quick check-ins, and ongoing accountability between your coaching sessions.
  • Access to ADHD Support Resources: Get curated tools, templates, and resources designed specifically for ADHD, including time management aids, self-awareness exercises, and more.
  • Personalized Accountability: Benefit from tailored strategies and regular progress check-ins to help you build momentum, celebrate wins, and work through challenges as they arise.
